We supply tents, tables, chairs and power for nonprofit and community events throughout St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee and St. Johns: benefit dinners and galas, silent and live auctions, 5K and charity walk staging, school carnivals, PTA and booster events, HOA and CDD community days, and neighborhood festivals.
Eight-foot rectangle tables handle registration, check-in, raffle displays and auction items. Folding chairs seat a crowd affordably, and our commercial tents cover everything from a 40-person appreciation lunch to a 100-guest gala. Heavy-duty extension cords power your sound system and card readers, and 120-quart coolers keep volunteers going.
A note on venue: events at a public park carry a $150 location surcharge and HOA or CDD common areas carry $50, because those setups take extra coordination and permitting. We will tell you up front which applies. We are licensed and insured and can provide a COI for your venue or permit application.
